What You’ll Be Doing: Technical Analysis & Reporting: •Conduct failure mode analysis and provide technical reports to the manufacturer. •Analyse warranty claim data, predict failure trends, and suggest countermeasures. •Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of critical components. Service & Technical Support: •Provide high-level technical guidance to dealerships and service teams. •Support recall and service campaigns, ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions. •Assist in diagnostic software testing and the development of service bulletins. Process & Quality Improvement: •Continuously improve technical processes, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to innovation in vehicle diagnostics and service solutions. Who Should Apply?
