The Food & Beverage Assistant will deliver exceptional levels of customer service as part of the Food & Beverage team (Front of House) by providing food services and information about the features and facilities available at the Port Arthur Historic Sites. Period of Appointment 2 years (casual) As defined in the Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority Award, a “‘Casual Rostered Day Worker’ is an employee who undertakes casual employment across the seven days of the week. This is inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays with Pay. A Casual RDW is paid the same hourly rate regardless of the day of the week on which work is undertaken.” The casual hourly rate includes a casual loading in lieu of leave and other relevant entitlements as specified in the Award. Salary $77,471 – $94,053 per annum.
