Job Description
We are delivering some of Australia's most critical water infrastructure projects. With major investment in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with Dam owners nationwide, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects across the country.
As part of our industry-leading Dams team, you'll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and run engineering components of complex, major dam projects and provide technical and strategic direction in their delivery.
2. Guide and mentor our growing team of engineers to provide high-quality outputs and excellent client service.
3. Lead design teams and design programs from options-analysis through to detailed design of dams.
4. Create and maintain lasting relationships with our clients.
Qualifications and Experience

1. Proven experience in delivering above expected outcomes and a strong technical capability within the dam industry.
2. A passion for mentoring and leadership.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients as well as the local industry, whether through project work, client initiatives or industry associations.
5. A relevant tertiary degree (essential).
