Key Responsibilities As a Construction Coordinator & Site Supervisor, you will: Oversee Construction Teams: Recruit, train, and guide team members to perform safely and effectively.
Ensure Safety Compliance: Develop and enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox meetings, and manage SWMS, JSA, and SOPs.
Coordinate Projects: Plan, schedule, and ensure on-time, quality project completion within budget.
Maintain Standards: Uphold compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Monitor Performance: Conduct site inspections, equipment maintenance, and progress reporting.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and project outcomes.
