Providing a complex and expansive clinical consultancy service for the prevention and management of all pressure injuries across the district. Working collaboratively with appropriate stakeholders to provide expert advice which enables improved practice and systemic change in relation to skin integrity. Review practice standards, policies and procedures that relate to specialty and expert knowledge. Providing expert advice and assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of activities to support the evidence-based management of skin integrity.
