The Workforce Information & People Systems Advisor manages core workforce data and is the system administrator for MS Queensland’s people system. They support the People & Culture team by optimising projects, workforce insights, compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities. Reporting to the EGM, People & Culture, you will: Coordinate data collection for major reports Triage queries to the main enquiries inbox and ensure action in a timely manner Review governance documents and ensure relevance Process Compliance Checks applications and manage qualifications Stay updated on people management practices Optimise processes within HRIS system ERIC Manage employment contracts and records accurately Coordinate Job Evaluation process and salary benchmarking annually Monitor exit interviews and workforce analytics data Improve quality of workforce insights Develop reports for Leaders/Managers based on divisional data Analyse employment data with Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead Act as system administrator for HRIS ERIC and maintain consistency across systems through audits Enhance people systems based on feedback from users/stakeholders Manage maintenance of people systems, conduct remuneration reviews, assist in procurement of new solutions, ensure compliance with remuneration procedures consistently Working 3 days a week from our brand-new purpose-built workspace nestled at Milton’s Park Road, and accessible by multiple public transport options, join a respectful, transparent, and collaborative team at MS Queensland where values are at the core.
