Being backed by one of Australia’s largest and most trusted novated leasing providers Oly is allowing people to benefit from bigger Aussie-backed buying power to make their dream car a reality while saving themselves from head-scratchingly complicated leasing admin.
To support the launch and help build the business we are recruiting 3 x Partner Associates.
The purpose of the Partner Associate role is to work closely with our dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners and other key partnerships to educate on novated leasing and assist in executing digital strategies and onsite activity to educate dealer and business partner personnel by way of:
1. Lead and database generation
2. Novated Leasing growth
3. Brand advocacy
The Partner Associate role will establish strong relationships within their State to form long term strategic alliances, will provide exceptional service to our partners, facilitate onsite education presentations and identify future opportunities to provide increased lead generation and novated leasing growth.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:
4. Highly developed Account Management/Relationship building experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales and education focused environment.
5. Proven track record in relationship or education roles will be highly regarded.
6. Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Knowledge and experience managing workflows via databases (ERM) and intermediate PC knowledge generally.
8. Demonstrated experience using digital sales tools
