Job Title: HSE Advisor/Senior HSE Advisor
Location: Coastal & West Pilbara, Australia
About the Role
We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors to join our Mining and Minerals North West Region team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HSE advice and expertise to site teams on Tom Price.
* Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and training/awareness.
* Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.
* Ensure all HSE processes and activities comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
* Provide hands-on support to implement HSE improvements, plans, or solutions.
What You'll Bring:
* Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/or Environmental or related area is essential; Diploma preferred.
* Experience in a similar HSE role.
* Well-established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous.
* Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
