Join a small team in the modern corporate office. Your new role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in running the office and contributing to the team. •Answering phone calls & monitoring the office email account •Liasing with clients and engineers •Issuing invoices/daily bank reconciliations •Processing weekly payroll •Data entry and general admin duties •Ordering office supplies •Reception duties where required About You •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Experience managing a busy switchboard with professional phone manner •MYOB (or similar) knowledge •Experience in bookkeeping •Experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable/payroll processing •MS Suite knowledge, especially MS Excel What's in it for you?
