School Operations Manager (School of Physics & School of Mathematics and Statistics)Position Number: 0057834Location: ParkvilleRole type: Full-time; ContinuingFaculty: ScienceDepartment/School: School of Physics & School of Mathematics and StatisticsSalary: UOM 9 - $139,693 - $145,339 p.a. plus 17% superAbout the RoleReporting to and working closely with the Director and Associate Director of Strategic Operations, the School Operations Manager supports Heads of School in preparing, implementing, and monitoring strategic and operational plans for the School and Institute.You will foster effective relationships with academic and professional staff, as well as key personnel in the Faculty Senior Management team, ensuring alignment with Faculty and University objectives.The role involves representing the Schools in operational matters with internal and external partners and stakeholders. Additionally, the School Operations Manager oversees the efficient delivery of support services and leads professional staff in providing excellent service to all stakeholders.
