Opportunity with Large Queensland Government Client BA Planning & Monitoring, Assess and refine the AI generated business rules 4-Month Contract | Carseldine Office | 3 days WFH
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Our client, a large QLD Government Department, is seeking to engage an experienced Lead Business Analyst to assess and refine the AI generated business rules and determine if any identified anomalies are issues and whether those issues are already known.
The Business Analyst role required to collate and document business rules in relation to policies and procedures for registration and licensing and assess the backlog of issues in terms of their compliance to those rules and the risk of those issues remaining in disrepair.
The Business Analyst will work alongside a Data Scientist/Engineer who will produce AI generated business rules. Additionally, the Data Scientist will create anomaly detection models against the registration and licensing datasets to highlight potential issues. The business analyst will also work with the Business Systems and policy and procedures teams to assess and refine the AI generated business rules and determine if any identified anomalies are issues and whether those issues are already known.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager, Business Application owners and Customer Services owners. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
* Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring.
* Plan and document the business analysis approach, stakeholder analysis, business analysis activities, business analysis communication and requirements management processes.
* Engage and consult with business stakeholders for analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, business change impacts.
* Proactively manage, prioritise and document business requirements and requirements traceability.
* Other activities as directed by the Project Manager.
* The role will be required to report on progress regularly throughout the duration of the project.
* Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.

8 Hours/day - 40 Hour working week.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal History Check.
