About the role
* Be a positive contributor to the team and deliver high quality education and care in accordance with National Quality Framework/CCC’s policies and procedures
* Use your knowledge and experience to develop and implement customised educational programs in line with the EYLF learning outcomes and individual needs and interests of children
* Support the team, assist with problem solving, and offer great ideas to keep our activities fresh and relevant
* Build relationships with children, families and carers to make them feel welcome and connected in our education and care community
* Take a responsible and professional approach to supervision of children and their overall wellbeing
* Complete relevant documentation and administration associated with the position
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Certificate III in Education and Care
* Current First Aid Certificate including CPR & Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Drive and passion for delivering exceptional education and care to children

Other important information
* This role provides a commencing salary range between $57k to $68.5k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 11.5% superannuation.
* This position is located at Wyong Little Coast Kids and Niagara Park Children's Centre.
* Access our attractive Parental Leave entitlements after a year of service.
* We have multiple roles available at multiple Central Coast Council Education and Care centres.
* Successful candidates will be required to undertake a course of vaccinations against Hepatitis A and B, Tetanus (Boostrix), MMR and Varicella or demonstrate their immunity. CMV screening will be required.
* Council will be creating an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
