We consistently deliver value to clients throughout all mining stages, leveraging expertise and equipment for comprehensive surface operation services.About the Role:We are now seeking a full-time permanent Regional Warehouse Supervisor to be based in the Bowen Basin, to work across all of our sites, providing support through system and process training and implementing best practices for warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert leadership, system and process training, mentoring and supervision to warehouse staff.Oversee and rectify where necessary the receipting, inventory control and despatch of goods across each project.Conduct regular audits of inventory management, inspection protocols, safety standards, chain of responsibility, hazardous materials management and tooling oversight, implementing improvements where gaps are identified.Oversee, support and deliver warehouse and inventory improvement projects, including mobilisation and demobilisation as necessary.Maintain records, reporting relevant information and preparing required documentation.Ensure adherence of regional teams to best practice warehouse standards and compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.Communicate and coordinate warehousing updates and issues regularly with key departments and suppliers.Monitor and implement warehousing best practices and KPIs as defined by BUMA and industry.About You:• Supply and Logistics qualifications• Forklift licence• Minimum 4 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position• Strong inventory management and warehouse management experience• SAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel• Time management skills and the ability to delegate• Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.This position will be particularly suited to candidates currently based in one of the following regions:• Rockhampton• Emerald• Moranbah• MackayWorking at BUMA:BUMA Australia is a people-focused business, with a strong focus on safety, training, development and continuous improvement.
