Responsibilities Generate business plans to deliver growth expectations in Australia.Establish long term business relationships and presence within the marketplace.Build a significant sales pipeline and contribute to company's revenue.Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects.Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements. Minimum Requirements 7+ years of sales and/or business development experience in new markets.Must have experience in the Ag Industry and has wide networks.Great negotiation skills.Excellent business judgment, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent project management, communications, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
