Stock Controller – Miedecke Motor Group
Miedecke Motor Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. If you’re someone with a positive attitude and a passion for organisation, this is the role for you!
As a Stock Controller, you will play a key role in the vehicle preparation process, creating repair orders for vehicles headed for delivery, coordinating transport, and managing our fleet of demonstrator and display vehicles. You’ll work closely with our manufacturers, employees, and various internal departments, making strong relationship-building skills essential for this role. The Stock Controller will work with our dealership team as well as with other dealerships around the nation. You’ll coordinate the timely arrival and management of new vehicles for our dealership in preparation for selling and delivery. You’ll also assist with some minor administration tasks, registration duties, and take charge of our demonstrator vehicles.

Some key duties include:
Supporting new and used sales with the preparation of body build schedules, coordinating the movement of vehicles within the dealership and to and from bodybuilders/customers.
Working closely with the dealership driver to provide active control of the site management of all stock of trucks, and new and used units, maintaining accurate records of the status, location, cost details, and current quotation and demonstration activity.
Ensuring all stock vehicles are stored and displayed in relevant locations.
Taking control of vehicles and ensuring that appropriate authority has been received before truck movements and before any physical work is done on any vehicle.
Ensuring all relevant sales documentation is completed prior to actioning work and closing deals.
Completing end-of-month activities required for both manufacturers and dealerships.
Working in conjunction with the Sales Managers and Dealer Principal on market analysis and product forward ordering.
Completing any Head Office reporting/paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Pay: $45,877.89 – $92,496.69 per year

No weekends
Experience:
Stock Control: 1 year (Preferred)
