TCD is a diverse Civil Construction company operating across Australia in the Mining and Civil Construction Industry.The business is driven by our core values and our positive, forward-thinking culture.We are consistently innovating and evolving within the markets we operate and are always expanding our own knowledge, abilities and workforce in the process.TCD are currently seeking Project Engineers, with a keen interest and experience in major Dewatering and Underground Services projects.We would love to hear from individuals who have strong commercial experience and a high level of attention to detail.To thrive in this role, you will enjoy seeing tasks through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your Team and other departments.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Secure Pipeline of Work Lifestyle Friendly Roster Career progression opportunities Industry leading salary Exposure to a variety of clients, projects and geographical locations ABOUT THE ROLE: Responsible for engineering support and delivery of the Project scope Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules, assigning and communicating work priorities Be thoroughly familiar with the works scope, drawings and schedule for delivery Communicate directly with the Client and our site management team on project issues Managing quality documents, compliance and the project reporting requirements in accordance with our management systems and procedures Coordinate the necessary resources including personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver our works Facilitate and support the site management team, reviewing and providing information necessary for our works to be completed in a safe manner ABOUT YOU: Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Mechanical Engineering Minimum five (5) years' experience working on Civil Construction Projects, ideally within Western Australia Strong all-round communication skills to manage client interactions and ability to lead others Able to prioritise, manage time well, multi-task and troubleshoot Experience in project planning, scheduling and reporting skills – MS Project or Primavera Project financial & cost management skills and ability to prepare accurate forecasts and reports on project status Experience in driving performance improvements and/or change in projects that have clear success indicators Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business Ability to work both autonomously when required and as part of a team Able to complete and pass a thorough Pre-Employment Medical and DAS Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team If you are interested in joining the TCD Team, Apply Now!
