We have a strong pipeline of transactions and are looking for passionate people to join our team.As a Manager you will assist in:Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising and strategic reviews, IPO’s and post-merger integration M&A activitiesInfluence and contribute to the decision making of key senior stakeholders through presentations and communications on deals proposals and structuresCollaborate with specialists across a range of disciplines (such as legal, tax and transaction services) to deliver an integrated deals solution for our clientsHarness stakeholder relationships developed through transaction execution and strong deal flow to be a key part of the origination of further M&A activitiesConduct financial analysis and build financial modelsCoach and develop junior team members.You will help our team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion.
