* Ability to lead a team of HR professionals, focusing on capability uplift by providing direction, leadership and oversight to enable the team to deliver all programs of work effectively
* Experience in providing expert and strategic HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters, including complex case management.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice.
* Shows resilience and can navigate ambiguity to deliver outcomes in a complex and changing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaboratively deliver customer-focused outcomes.
