Your key responsibilities will include:Managing the sales process from quotation through to invoicing, requisitions, and job files.Supporting the NSW Account Manager by preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams such as engineering to ensure accurate component identification and sales sheets.Liaising with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and internal departments) to deliver high-quality service and resolve issues proactively.Maintaining our CRM system (Pipedrive) for sales management and reporting, and ensuring pricing accuracy in Pronto.Developing tools to streamline and improve quotation generation and sales documentation.Tracking warranty claims, managing customer feedback, and continuously looking for opportunities to enhance the sales process.What we are looking forAt least 3 years of industry experience in a sales or administration role.Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels of business.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and experience with Pipedrive CRM (or similar) and Pronto ERP (or similar).Attention to detail with the ability to develop professional and effective quotation documents.A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Commercial acumen and the ability to suggest improvements for quotations and sales offers.We pride ourselves in employing the best experts to provide global expertise, delivered locally.Challenge the standard with us today.
