The role:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the team. This role is based around Central Coast suburbs and is open to part-time hours with flexible working days.
Provide high quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding. These services aim to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.

Together as a team, we help people feel loved, valued, and respected.
About you:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency
* Post-graduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including the community setting
* Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients living in the community
* Knowledge of wellness, re-ablement, and restorative care approaches
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated computer literacy
* Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work
* Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
* Valid unrestricted driver’s license and a reliable registered vehicle with a minimum of Third-Party Insurance
