About the Role
Immediate Start Available. Full-Time or Part-Time (depending on preference). Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week (flexibility available for part-time). No FIFO required – based locally in Port Augusta or Port Pirie.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accounts payable invoices are managed and cleared on a regular basis
* Ensure all billing is completed in a timely manner, in adherence with specific contract terms
* Support the Operational Project Managers with cost management and reporting
* Contribute to continuous improvement programs to enhance operational excellence
* Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers and subcontractors with system access
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Tickets & Experience Required:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administration role
* Experience in a large, complex organisation is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate use of Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation
* Ability to manage tasks efficiently with excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Valid driver's licence & reliable transport
* Certificate in Business Administration or similar (desirable but not essential)
