With Bendigo Bank... and you.About the Division and TeamGroup Finance provides financial management, financial information and financial solutions.The Revenue Share and Commissions team are responsible for completing all revenue share/commission requirements for all of the Groups Community Bank Branches, Third Party Banking/Leveraged Equities/Business Banking/Sandhurst Trustee/Portfolio Funding/Money Market Wealth partners, Group Agencies and other partnerships.About the roleKnown internally as - Revenue Share and Commissions Analyst, the role is responsible for:Completing monthly payments, operational and reporting processes associated with Revenue Share/Commission arrangements, including running models, processing general ledger journals, analysis of payments in line with obligations.Assist with ongoing maintenance of payment models, including any projects that may have an impact on Revenue Share/Commission.Assist with data gathering, analysis and reporting in line with team priorities.Undertaking appropriate research & analysis, provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries received from stakeholders.Provide reporting monthly to key internal and external stakeholders, as well as other financial, reporting and administrative tasks as required.Establishment of Group's new partners within the required systems including TechOne, as well as the ongoing maintenance of these Partners records, ensuring we comply to audit requirements and service level agreements.The small team will be an ideal opportunity to invest in your developing and will suit someone with drive, curiosity and motivation to learn.We are open to consider internal candidates from a broad range of divisions and departments. Preferred locations of Adelaide or Bendigo.Capabilities, experience and qualificationsStrong accounting skills, a completed tertiary qualification in accounting or related field is preferable.High level of proficiency with use of Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and interpretation skills, including the ability to gather requirements, identify and analyse options, and draw logical conclusions.Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing demands.Maintains highly accurate approach with constant attention to detail.Strong commitment to internal and external customer service.Ability to take initiative and apply good judgement.A passion for continuous improvement, ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing demands is an essential component of the role.Experience in Retail/Community Bank/Third Party Banking will be highly regarded.So, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
