Permanent fulltime corporate position
Provide initial technical support and assistance to all end users, troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. Your technology based background and high quality consideration for customer service will stand you in good stead for this Junior role within our established IT Team. Please review all details below.
The Role
Main duties include;
* Provide technical assistance and support to end users for computer systems, software, and hardware issues in a predominantly Microsoft Windows environment.
* Be the first responder to IT support requests/incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system
* Categorise and prioritise incoming IT requests/incidents
* Troubleshoot and resolve any first level desktop, laptop, peripheral hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 operating systems and software applications, including Office 365 suite.
* Monitor the virtual and physical IT environment using system monitoring tools and provide first-level intervention
* Support all file and printer services
* Recover files using Backup and Restore tools
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and training
* TAFE Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent
* Microsoft Server or Windows 10/11 MCSA
* Network Cisco CCNA
* Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
* Basic Networking, Windows 10 and Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Customer Service, Office 365, Technical Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
