The Opportunity:

What You'll Bring:
* Management Experience: While experience in General Merchandise is beneficial, it's your passion and drive that matter most.
* Flexibility and Commitment: Embrace the challenge of working in a dynamic 7-day store environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you'll excel in four main areas: People, Product, Processes, and Store.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Inspire and empower a team of 20+ through hands-on leadership and positive performance management.
* Communicate effectively and lead with enthusiasm, making a real difference every day.
* Showcase your merchandising talent.
* Drive high stock volumes with passion and precision.
* Oversee financial performance, customer service standards, store standards, and inventory management.
* Report directly to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager, taking ownership of your store's success.
* Lead by example to maintain high store standards.
* Champion health and safety within the store, ensuring a secure shopping experience for all.
