ROUTE TO MARKET – PROJECT MANAGER We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries.We work together to make, move, and sell, some of the world's most loved drinks.We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.We help our 2.1 million customers grow and are constantly investing in exciting new products, innovative technologies, and fresh ideas.This helps us to delight the 600 million people who enjoy our drinks every day.Our well-known portfolio in Australia includes the Coca-Cola family of products, as well as loved brands like Sprite, Fanta, Mount Franklin, Powerade, Jim Beam, Canadian Club and Grinders Coffee.About your new role… An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team in this Route to Market Project Manager role where you will report directly to the Head of RTM.You will take responsibility for structuring all strategic RTM projects.Your personal contribution will ensure all RTM initiatives have clear deliverables with SMART objectives and structured supporting programs.You will enjoy leading, scheduling and facilitating all project meetings including kick offs, stand ups and leadership presentations.You will manage all documentation including statement of works, minutes, risk management plans and progress reports to offer a seamless stakeholder experience.The role will be situated in our stunning North Sydney office, boasting sensational harbour views, an onsite café, and close to the train/metro/bus lines.We offer flexibility to work from home a day or two a week as agreed with your Manager.What will you be doing?Plan and oversee RTM strategic projects, from conception through to completion.Develop detailed Project Charter including objectives, scope, hypotheses, cadences, deliverables and governance.Identify resource requirements by managing allocation & capacity in an effective and efficient manner.Prepare a detailed workplan schedule including weekly deliverables, accountabilities and milestones.Schedule and facilitate meeting cadences including kick off sessions, stakeholder interviews, ideation workshops, stand up meetings, key project milestones, working group meetings and check in's.Manage and oversee all incoming & outgoing project documentation including minutes, statement of works and presentations.Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.Manage and course correct for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.Design a risk mitigation plan to identify & mitigate potential risks which may impede project delivery.Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, to ensure the project is delivered to their satisfaction.Take personal responsibility for stakeholder satisfaction, by correcting problems promptly and in a constructive manner, knowing when to escalate if necessary.Facilitate closure sessions to capture areas for improvement and bring the project to end.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project.Complete any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of RTM.Let's talk about you...Experience in Project Management.A proven track record of supporting successful 'transformational' change.Strong familiarity with project management software tools (MS Project) and methodologies (e.g.Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)Proactive in nature.Provides stakeholders with 'peace of mind' that the project will be delivered successfully and seamlessly with minimal support required.Applies a commercial mindset in solving problems creatively.Excellent organisational and coordination skills.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Anticipates issues in advance and manages conflict; identifies and leverages sources and strengths of power to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.Demonstrates resourcefulness and thrives in ambiguity.Exceptional relationship management and influencing capability.Strong time management and organizational skills;
