As a Sales Cadet your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting door knocking activities and arranging appointments with potential clients.
* Making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
* Assisting in the preparation of listing kits and executing marketing strategies for properties.
* Assisting with building inspection, private inspections, property photography appointments.
* Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.
* Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.
* Actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

You will also require the following qualifications, skills, and attributes for the Sales Cadet position:

* Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate
* Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position.
* Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license.
