Join our Client Nurturing Team at Concierge, a part of the Ray White Group.We currently have two roles available:Operations & Workflow CoordinatorYou will oversee and manage campaign schedules, workflow, and billing for our client nurturing campaigns.Coordinate campaign schedules and allocate workflows based on progress and priorities.Collaborate with Campaign Managers to ensure schedules are accurate and campaign billing is completed efficiently.Build and finalise weekly schedules, participate in team meetings, and manage role-play sessions.Maintain and update the Concierge database for ongoing and new campaigns.Oversee inbox management, ensuring timely responses to clients and real-time alerts to agents.Assist in the setup and reporting of campaigns, including tracking progress and preparing action plans.Continuously seek ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and propose innovative ideas to the leadership team.Assistant Campaign ManagerYou will be working closely with the Relationship Management team to set up and onboard client nurturing campaigns.Responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers to set up and onboard campaigns, which includes writing scripts, updating our work schedule, and ensuring the campaign is ready to be executed.Responsible for setting up consultants and role-playing scripts to ensure the success of the campaign.Responsible for ensuring RM know when campaigns are completed/falling behind and works with them on developing post-campaign action plans.Responsible for supporting RM in communicating with existing clients throughout the campaign to keep them updated with results and outcomes and educate them on action required.Assist RMs with end-of-campaign reporting and case studies as required.Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Adaptability and enthusiasm for taking on evolving responsibilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What We OfferA collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunities for personal and professional development.The chance to contribute to the success of the Ray White and Loan Market Group.If you’re ready to step into a dynamic role where your organisational skills and proactive attitude will shine, we’d love to hear from you!
