About the role
The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position based at Carrara, QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers.
* Assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse.
* Manage stock movements and maintenance of stock.
* Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
* Unload inbound orders of stock.
* Serve customers in the warehouse, loading their vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Ensure documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
* Conduct warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
Your hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster of either 5am-2pm or 6am-3pm. A forklift licence is required to perform your duties within the warehouse.
