The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:As our valued Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for tracking & forecasting commercial performance as well as supporting critical commercial decisions such as product pricing & inclusions, responses to competitor moves and modelling the benefits/elasticity of offers we've put into market.You'll make impact by:Overall, driving pricing and commercial decision-making for the Mobile Growth portfolio (TPG Mobile & Felix Mobile); predominantly in relation to plan pricing, mobile offers and multi-service bundles.Coming up with pricing recommendations for tactical offers, new product launches and any planned activities to stimulate growth (acquisition and retention).Presenting recommendations, commercial analysis and trading updates to key stakeholders (both within the direct team and other key parties including Finance).Prepare and present weekly performance reporting packs as required to forums that include immediate team members, Head Of and General Manager.Forecasting performance against budgets, and proactively working with supporting teams on identifying risks (and coordinating gap closure plans) or doubling down on opportunities to maximise return & performance vs budget.What you'll bring:Analytical and attention to detail with a commercial focus (experience in mobile or digital growth areas is a positive but not essential).Strong communication / presentation skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication.Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with strong stakeholder impact and influence skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
