Customer Service/Administration Assistant A leading accommodation provider in West St, Toowoomba is looking for a super organised, customer service focused team member for their small, fast paced office. Full training and support will be provided. The successful applicant will have the following qualities: Ability to manage a variety of complex tasks concurrently under tight time constraints Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a capacity for autonomy in the carrying out of set tasks Neat, tidy presentation of image to all tenants Excellent problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills and a commitment to quality service Forward thinking and proactive planning abilities whilst ensuring meticulous attention to detail with data entry High level ability to maintain confidentiality within the workplace and when dealing with tenants and members of staff Well-developed written and oral communication skills are necessary to this position along with the ability to build quality relationships over the phone, face to face and via email Your duties will include general administration duties, telephone answering, receipting, data entry, banking, customer service (face to face, email and phone), documenting procedures, reservations, tenant liaison and more. This is a part-time (12 month contract with possible extension) position with an immediate start. Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00am to 2:30pm. Clerks Award Level 2 applies, negotiation dependant on experience. To be successful in this position you will need: Previous experience (min. 1 year) in a busy office environment with a focus on customer service. Experience in a Real Estate office would be favourable Knowledge of RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) forms and procedures (preferred but not essential) Intermediate skills in multiple computer programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Storman (preferred but not essential) and PDF Studio The successful applicant will bring their skills and experience to assist us in providing exceptional customer service to our customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
