The Role
This role provides engineering and reliability support of the Asset Management and operations excellence function.
Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To
* Providing high quality in-house mechanical reliability support
* Assisting sites to maintain/improve reliability
* Assurance of Reliability standard practices
* Delivering asset operational efficiency initiatives
* Coaching and mentoring of site personnel in the application of reliability practices
* Performing advanced diagnostics and analytics of the most critical or complex plant reliability issues.
What You’ll Bring
Ideally you will have proven experience in an operational role within heavy industry. Other desirable skills and experience include:
* Commitment to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
* Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience in the application of failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) techniques to develop effective equipment management strategies
* Experience in the application of failure analysis techniques for Root Cause identification and defect elimination
* Experience in application of advanced data analytics to identify and resolve complex issues
* Experience with conveying systems, piping, pumping, tanks and vessels would be desirable
