What you'll do
Senior Marketing Communications Manager - Opportunity: The Brand Communications Chapter is excited to share a 12-month Maternity Leave Cover. opportunity for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager. This role will be working in the Everyday More Choice Squad, specifically working in Everyday Mobile. Industry experience in Mobile is highly desired but not essential.
Within the agile operating model, this role will sit in the Brand Communications Chapter and be deployed to the Everyday Tribe to develop and deliver the marketing strategy, marketing communications and customer experience activity, aligned to defined objectives, for the Everyday More Choice Squad, specifically working on Everyday Mobile. Other work unrelated to the dedicated Squad will also be in scope per our Agile working methods.

Key Responsibilities:
1. At least 10+ years of marketing/marketing communications experience client or agency side.
2. Demonstrable experience developing, leading and driving Brand/Marketing positioning and communications planning, development and execution for Corporate-based community and/or sustainability initiatives (ideally in retail).
3. A high degree of technical Marketing Communications skills and experience - strategy, positioning, creative, production and measurement
4. Sound experience working across the full funnel with a focus on driving acquisition through performance media.
5. Strong commercial acumen with ability to plan, execute and optimise campaigns for sustainable growth.
6. Pragmatic and achievement-focused with a high capacity for prioritisation and managing a complex, high volume of work
7. Ability to set a vision and take a team, with potentially competing priorities, on a journey to achieve that vision
8. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience across multiple organisational levels and the ability to foster strong partnerships with internal and external partners to work collaboratively as one team
9. Experience in harnessing and interpreting customer and category insights to lead campaigns to success
10. Demonstrable agency best practice skills - a deep understanding of what makes a good brief, how to evaluate creative work and get the best out of partnerships
11. A proven, in-depth understanding of the role of channels and best practices for each channel (. digital, OOH, Screens, PR, social, in-store
12. Demonstrable experience in delivering innovation and industry best-practice
13. Experience in adherence to legal requirements and risk management
