We are partnered with a managed IT service provider that offers a variety of IT services, including managed services, IT consulting, physical security, and warranty.They are now seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in selling IT infrastructure solutions, including networking, server, virtualization, and storage technologies.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of managed services and a proven track record of driving sales in a competitive environment. This role will focus on building relationships with businesses across Indiana, helping them to optimize their IT environments and meet their evolving technology needs.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure sector, focusing on network, server, virtualization, and storage solutions.Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors) within target companies. Understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.Solution Selling: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and managed services to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that address customer pain points.Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and solutions.Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineering and service delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and to provide a seamless experience for the customer.Market Awareness & Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions that align with their business objectives.Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a sales role focused on IT infrastructure solutions (networking, server, storage, and virtualization).Proven success in managed services sales and a solid understanding of the service delivery process.Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), networking solutions (e.g., Cisco, Juniper), and storage systems (e.g., SAN, NAS, cloud storage).Experience working in Indiana or familiarity with the local business landscape is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated and driven with a passion for technology and sales.Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field (preferred).Salary & Benefits:$80,000 - $100,000 plus commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchRemote work flexibility with travel to client sites across IndianaProfessional development opportunities and certificationsIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply today!
