Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hervey Bay, QLD, for an Administrative Assistant at Clarity Lawyers & Associates. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The role also involves providing executive administrative support, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events. The Administrative Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide clerical support as needed.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
