Currently seeking a Sales Administrator to support a fantastic team, this is a role for someone who is dedicated and goal driven.
The Role:
1. Monday – Friday administration support
2. Liaise with clients, sales agents and external stakeholders
3. Process and manage property sales files from listing through to settlement
4. Design marketing material via Campaign Track(Brochures, DL's, Signboards, inhouse artworks, etc)
5. Advertising, marketing and reporting
6. Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors and local councils
7. Database management
8. Office management and coordination
9. Compliance checks for all properties prior to going live
10. CRM management
The Candidate:
11. The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license
12. Previous experience in Real Estate
13. A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
14. Immaculate personal presentation
15. Strong administration skills
16. The ability to work in a top performing team
