This role collaborates with a wide variety of staff and handles inquiries from multi-faceted streams which will support the coordination of daily tasks, accurate record/documentation management, preparation of correspondence, briefings and administrative processes required within the facility.Apply today and become a part of a team environment that values their staff members and encourages professional development and growth.About the role:The Administration Officer is required to work within and support a team that provides quality administrative support services within the Capricornia Offender Health Service (COHS).
The role is required to work across both services of COHS, the main health centre and the health and wellbeing team by providing administrative functions to support clinical staff through scheduling of clinics, records management, referral and appointment coordination, and ordering of clinical and non-clinical supplies.
This service includes the coordination of health information, data reporting and use of health technology.
