This is a professional company who offer training and support as you build on your career.The PositionReporting to the CEO, this autonomous role will take responsibility for the management of all stages of employee lifecycle within the Group and consult and support the leadership team in best practice HR delivery and service.Partner with the leadership team to understand and support the organisations HR and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, engagement, retention, development and succession planningFacilitate and coach managers in performance-related activitiesOnboardingSupport the organisational goals and strategies for all people-related initiativesProvide advice and strategy for employment law and regulations to maintain complianceWorkers compensation management including Return to Work co-ordinationEmployee health and wellbeing programsDevelop and implement DEI initiativesLearning and Development to support employee talent and growthHealth and Safety – support the business to identify and improve risks and employee safetyThe PersonAs a partner to the CEO, the organisation has HR as a respected and integral part of business operations. Therefore, you will be a strong communicator, with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes and ensuring the workforce culture is strong and united. Qualified in HR with demonstrated experience in senior-level roles, you will be professional, show leadership and able to support all aspects of the HR function.
