We are seeking an experienced and energetic Organisational Change Manager to work within our client's ICT Delivery Team, supporting the transition of systems and processes to new ways of working. This is a 14-month contract with a high likelihood of long term extension. You will be working with our large infrastructure utility client, collaborating with both technical teams and frontline engineers to support staff transition to new ways of working with new systems and new processes.
