The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a position for a bright & bubbly individual to be the face and voice of a high performing team. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking someone to be the first point of contact for a friendly team. You will be responsible for:
* Monday – Friday
* Meet & greet clients & answering calls
* Prepare files for new listings
* Administration for both sales & property management team
* Diary management
* Co-ordinate stationery supplies
* Attend meetings & training sessions
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in administration is advantageous
* A keen interest in Real Estate
* Outstanding communication skills, be good with numbers, time management and attention to detail
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
* Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
