About the Role This full-time opportunity exists for an experienced CRM Manager with strong attention to detail to join our Digital team.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and refining CRM activity that delivers relevant lifecycle and campaign communications to improve the customer experience and drive commercial benefit.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce and Digital Marketing, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Management, end to end development, execution, and continuous optimisation/experimentation of email and SMS personalisation initiatives and campaigns. Continuously evolve the CRM program strategy to support the achievement of brand, business and team objectives based on insights, analytics, reporting and the changing needs of our businesses. Oversee the development and delivery of all CRM campaigns as part of the Go To Market plans. Manage database hygiene and advise on growth and retention activities. Liaise and collaborate with internal brand and digital teams, designers and agency partners to optimise commercial results, and ensure high quality output of deliverables drive performance of our brands. Compilation and analysis of reports to ensure KPI's are met and brands remain well-informed of campaign performance. We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience: A minimum of 5-8 years experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce marketing in a ROI driven organisation; A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with managing the scoping and delivery of digital work, including A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis. Hands on experience working within Email Service Provider and Marketing Automation systems e.g.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Dotmailer, MailChimp etc. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, numerical and planning skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Process driven, organised, and can provide solutions in a confident manner. Any certifications in CRM, email marketing or proficiency with email service providers is a bonus.
