We are never afraid to go against the grain in order to do work that moves people.Role OverviewAs Art Director in the Bastion Creative team, you’re a creative hybrid who can ideate, design, and produce art direction for campaigns. Working on a mix of brands across fashion, beauty and behaviour change. You will be responsible for the creative and production standard for client assets.You will work alongside the Creative Director, copywriter, strategist and a broader support group of content makers, designers, producers and client service. Although you will be located in Melbourne and reporting to a Melb Creative Director you will be expected to work across briefs at a national level.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing a variety of digital media campaigns, building assets to help clients meet their vision through owned media and paid channelsDay-to-day management of art direction and implementation of campaign assets.Execution of cross-platform social marketing campaigns to help increase client social media presence and brandCollaborating and supporting the Creative Director to deliver social media/digital content from briefing to ideation, concepting to execution.Identifying and sharing more efficient ways of doing things that benefit the client and team.What You BringStrong folio of work.Strong creative concepts across campaigns.The ability to conceptualise across all channels and has a deep understanding of visual elements (eg.
