Great Western Manufacturing – Toowoomba QLD We are a market leader in agricultural equipment manufacturing based on the Darling Downs, specialising in state-of-the-art equipment and production processes. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this new role in our organisation will work closely with all areas of our agricultural manufacturing business to connect our operation directly with our customers. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Communication & Multimedia Officer with experience in website, CRM and social media communications design and development. In this role, you will create a platform of communication between our Sales & Service teams and our customers to support a successful ongoing relationship. This will include a redesign of our external websites, creating a social media presence for our organisation, and researching and advising on the development of a customer relationship management system. You will work closely with our Sales, Service, and Manufacturing departments to understand all areas of our organisation to support the ongoing relationship with current and new customers. You will have post-secondary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent experience with a preference for previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment. You will have: Demonstrated strong writing skills and the ability to tailor content and communication mediums suitable for all of our customers; Experience working in a communications team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders; Demonstrated collaboration skills to achieve shared goals; Personal drive and integrity while achieving goals set with the Sales Manager and Managing Director; A willingness to travel to field days and customer sites on occasion. Your main duties will include: Website redesign with a consideration for future E-commerce; Participation in CRM development and ongoing maintenance; Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns including social media; Creating engaging content in collaboration with the business and its customers including participation at field days, attending some equipment deliveries and start-ups, gathering customer testimonials, etc; Maintaining traditional printed sales material; Maintaining good relations with all departments of the business to ensure all information regarding our manufacturing and sales are coordinated into an effective communications plan; Monitoring, analysing and reporting on communications conversions to ongoing customer relationships; Support the Sales team as required.
