About the role:
WorkPac is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our client, Monday to Friday Roster. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing outstanding projects.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Administering and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
* Addressing and managing any issues that arise.
* Maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
* Effectively manage contract specifics and ensure alignment with initial agreements.
Skills and Experience Required
* Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience within contracts administration within the South Australian Market.
* Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects and roles valued at $30M or more.
* Strong grasp of contract negotiation, variations and RFI's.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
