IT Service Desk Officer - Wacol - Up to $75,000 + super

They're currently seeking an IT Service Desk Officer to join a team of 9, this is an opportunity to step into an organisation with structured development plans, a great working culture and modern tech stack.
Who You Are:
You'll have 6 months - 2 years experience working on a service desk, supporting technology such as:
1. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
2. Windows 10
3. M365, Teams & Azure
The Role:
This role reports to the SDM, and the primary responsibilities include:
4. Provision of excellent customer service to end users, remotely and in person
5. Act as the first point of contact for any IT issue
6. Close tickets efficiently whilst documenting findings
7. Escalate to the level 2 team where required
8. Support on projects where required
