We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in account management and procurement support.About The RoleThis full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in account management and procurement while working with a range of clients, including export markets. You’ll receive training and hands-on experience in managing customer accounts, coordinating with suppliers, and helping to identify new product opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and developing client accounts to support sales growth and long-term relationships.Liaising with procurement and suppliers to ensure stock availability and product alignment with market demand.Identifying new business and product opportunities within the organic and natural ingredients sector.Coordinating with international clients and supporting export opportunities.Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.Using your computer skills to track sales, monitor supply chain needs, and support procurement decisions.Key RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who has:Some experience or exposure to account management, procurement, or sales support (experience in food or ingredients is a plus).A keen interest in premium organic and natural ingredients.A strategic mindset – you think beyond tasks and look for opportunities.Strong time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).A problem-solving mindset to help improve procurement and sales efficiency.Experience with ERP systems or knowledge of export markets (a plus, but not required).Attributes you will bringExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.Be optimistic with a proactive and go-getter attitude.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and growing team where your contributions make a real impact.
