About The Role
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
2. Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
3. Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
4. Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
5. Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.

Requirements
1. A current full Australian driver's license and own car.
2. Comprehensive Car Insurance.
3. NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
4. A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
5. Experienced in Manual Handling, bowel care, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
6. Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent full-time employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
