Our services team covers concierge, valet, and car park roles, delivering 5-star customer experiences to our customers during the festive season. Bring your Christmas cheer and join us in making our customers' experiences truly magical!
Some of your festive duties as a valet team member will include:
* Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers.
* Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre.
* Supporting valet services by helping guests with parking, opening car doors, and assisting them as they exit their vehicles.
* Ensuring smooth traffic flow in the valet area.
So, what sets our team members apart?
You will:
* Always be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.
* Be confident in providing customers assistance in a busy retail setting.
* Have a full open driver’s license (Manual/Auto/International).
* Be available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend and public holiday trading (full availability in November and December is ideal).
This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. The position runs from October 2024 to January/February 2025, with shifts based on scheduling needs.
