T-Pac’s end goal is to achieve 100% FSC timber for all our products.The RoleYou will be responsible for :Prepare, review, and manage contracts for timber procurement, transportation, and delivery services.Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance with industry standards.Coordinate with project managers to monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including environmental and safety standards.Assist in resolving contractual disputes and providing advice on risk management.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and legal teams to address contract-related inquiries.Support budget management and cost control by analyzing contract variations and progress claims.Leading contract reviews from a commercial, operational perspective, contract negotiation, and liaising with legal team as required.Drafting of new contracts, agreements and addendums/amendments.Advising key internal stakeholders on commercial & contract risks and developing and implementing of risk management strategies and plans.Leading/supporting contractual negotiations with third parties.Ensuring all contracts are compliant with corporate policy and meet regulatory requirements.Tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed on a monthly/quarterly basis.Leading/participating in contract reviews and negotiations in coordination with the legal teams.Ideal ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, Political Science or a related field.Minimum 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in the timber or construction industry.Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What's on Offer?Leadership RoleA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesWork in a company with a solid track record of performance
