Overview
We have a great opportunity for Enrolled Nurses to join our Country Health Connect team across the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network where you will make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community.
Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with providing professional, high quality nursing are aimed at improving patient health outcomes. Maintaining cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the Country Health Connect team, you will implement appropriate nursing care and assist with general and specialised procedures from nursing care plans.
