Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to craft exceptional event menus.
* Oversee large-scale production operations for on- and off-site catering.
* Lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' culinary experience, including 2 years as a Sous Chef.
* Expertise in high-volume production and event catering with a fine-dining edge.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
